Alpaca Account not visible from dashboard

I sent in an application about a week ago with all the information required for my business account.

I do not see anything from my dashboard it just tells me where I can make an account.

Please advise.

If I understand correctly, you have a paper account and have applied for a business account. You open the web portal and the paper account shows up but there is still no live account attached. Is that the situation? If so, email a request to support@alpaca.markets and ask about the status of your live account. Be sure to include the email address associated with the account so that team can locate it. There are often times which the Accounts team requests further documentation. Maybe check your email to ensure you haven’t already gotten such a request.
