I reached out to support for help on this, but the gist is I recently upgraded to an unlimited plan. A single API call on my deployed AWS solution and immediately receive 429’s, however identical code with confirmed identical settings with the deployed solution ran locally and it works.
- Why is 429 the error code for whatever is going on here? It’s clearly not a rate limiting issue.
- Does this project need documentation help?
- Does this project also need technical support?
My first impressions with this product are not great, so I am hoping for solid support to redeem it. Otherwise, a more expensive product that actually works is what I’ll switch back to. I want to like market data from Alpaca, but if basic functionality cannot be supported out of the gate things aren’t looking promising.
