2 completed withdrawals BUT money does NOT appear in account

I have 2 completed withdrawals however when checking my account the money is not there.

Have tried emailing and contacting support but no response.

I just joined and I’m now wondering about it - I joined so I can use this with Composer. I initiated a transfer of 10K on 11/15 and it hasn’t shown up yet (and it hasn’t been removed from my bank either which was connected using their system). So I’m wondering what’s going on as well. I’ll wait one more day to contact support.
