Liquidate Position is not selling everything

I’m trying to sell in my trading bot using Liquidate Position but it only sell and keep a bit of it and won’t allow me to Liquidate Position manually
even if I bought manually and close all open order Liquidate Position it won’t sell everything

there is still a mini amount I can’t sell it
