If commissions are free why does a fee appear in the fee column?

I have two problems -
I see fees on open limit orders
Even if fees do exist, why do I see them on open orders that have not been filled yet?

I am using the paper trading API, trading crypto, but I am not expecting any fees

Cryptos do have a small fee right now. Stocks however are commission free.

What are the fees associated with crypto trading?
