Can I get a data before 08:00am by having the free plan?

The Free plan consists of data from IEX (Investors Exchange LLC) and the data provider for the Free subscription (IEX) maintains much shorter periods of trading before and after regular market hours (8:00AM - 5:00PM) according to their website.
