Hi,

I am seeing repeated instances of the following error, while doing Paper trading:

APIError: {“code”:50010000,“message”:“internal server error occurred”}

Can anyone shed more light on this?

Have digged into this, and found that this happens when we try to go long a Put spread with a multilegged order. Going long a call spread using the same technique looks to be working fine.

Any help would be really appreciated.

This is happening today as well. When we buy bull call spreads, there is no issue, but when we try to buy bull put spreads, we get this error.

Can someone look into it? Let me know if you need more details.

@sarahvignale Could you provide the code, or ideally, the exact API request you are submitting. That would be a good place to begin troubleshooting.

Update: Found the issue from my side. I was trying to buy a put when there was no bid quantity or price available. Sorry for all the trouble caused!
