# Withdraw rejection issue, no response from support team

I’m really fed up with this. I made a withdrawal last week, it got rejected and sent back to my account. My bank clearly asked for the **MT103 SWIFT copy** , but when I requested it, support sent me the wrong file (a SWIFT confirmation, not the MT103).

I’ve been chasing them for **2 days with no reply at all**. This is already the **second time my withdrawal has failed** , and instead of helping, they send the wrong document and then completely ignore me. Totally unacceptable support.
