# Why we can not get pre-market data or after hour data?

Hello, we have difficulty getting pre-market data and after-hour data for both Socket and Rest-API?

Does anyone else face this problem? Any suggestion? Does Alpaca offer accurate/real-time pre-market and after-hour data?
