# Tax forms overdue

Alpaca has not yet made 2022 tax statements available. When I emailed Alpaca’s support staff asking when I would receive the tax statement I was told: _“While I may not have the exact timeline and estimate as we are relying on external sources, we will be sure to communicate once the documents are available for download. Kindly bear with us.”_

My understanding is that brokers are required by the IRS to provide tax statements by February 15. I would really appreciate an estimate of when I will receive the tax document.

I haven’t received my tax forms yet either. It’s March 5th.
