MFA was enabled on my account, but not by me. I contacted the alpaca support email and they said to send an MFA reset request. I sent the MFA reset request to the alpaca support email, but they just responded with the same canned email telling me to send an MFA reset request…I am stuck in a loop. Nowhere in the email telling me to send the MFA reset request does it tell me where/how to submit it, so i assumed it was just to the alpaca support email? Please help. I am locked out of my account and have been for days. ---

Hello @ **Dan\_Whitnable\_Alpaca,** I lost my phone and have been locked out of my Alpaca account since, as I can no longer complete MFA. I’ve recovered my phone number on a new device, but I can’t find a way to set up MFA again without first logging in. Could you please help me to reset the MFA on my account so I can re-enroll on my new device? I’ve already raised tickets **357823** and **357319** for this. Regards Yokes Kumarasamy ---

I am not sure if i have set up MFA code or I for got MFA code and recovery code, I could not log in, need urgent HELP! There is no phone or email code sending feature, can not self-reset and self-regain access! @sonny8huang you should have gotten a reply on 2026-09-22 pretty much immediately after you sent your email. Maybe check your spam folder. Ideally, reply to that same email and include the requested items. ---
