# Portfolio Gain/Loss % Reversed Problem

Hi,  
Since yesterday I am observing that my paper account portfolio is showing reversed %. That Gains are shown as Losses and Loss is being shown as Gain. See attached screen shot. Clearly I have a loss of 8 % while the dashboard is showing positive % as gains. I have clearly checked the shorting was disabled since beginning,  
Is there any Bug in the Alpaca Portfolio software? Can any one explain the problem I am having with my account?

I have observed this phenomenon before when this happens for a day and then it shows as being correct by itself.

Please let me know if anyone has same issues or was it a known bug on the account dashboard.

I saw the same problem today as well in my paper account. You can just write your own script to calculate it in your code
