# Paper Account Buying Power

I reset my paper account this morning and it only gave me 2x buying power whereas it should be 4x buying power. In account balances it shows $0.00 for “Day Trading Buying Power”. Is there a setting that I’m missing. Don’t remember running into this previously when I’ve reset my account.

Has anyone reset their paper account within the past 2 days and not had this issue? Since the “Support” link in the account menu is a link to the forums, I would expect that there would be a little more monitoring for backend issues here.
