# ⚠️ Open crypto account button fails (from UI web)

1. Based on the banner, my account seems “elegible”

> (Your account is eligible to trade crypto. To enable coin transfers open your crypto account.)

1. A pop up appears with an error after reading all the legal policy when accepting.

I wonder if it could be a matter of geographic location (I’m from Latam, Argentina).  
I would appreciate any help.
