Hi, I need support. I’m using: app.alpaca.markets, where I have an account for income oriented portfolio and I’m receiving hundreds of $ per week, from dividends and premiums. I’m using 1.5x margin, more or less, although Alpaca gives the option to go to 2x if needed, I never use it. Currently, in my dashboard, at account balances, my withdrawable money sits at $0 and this is what I don’t understand: if I’m receiving hundreds of dollars per week, why can’t I withdrawal that money? What is happening to those funds? Because even if I withdrawal them, my margin rate (if all assets quotation maintains steady) will not change and I’mwell within the margin limits, given to me… Also when the dividend/premiums money is paid, I don’t see any decrease in margin utilization… So I’m guessing something is wrong. Please help! I’ve sent an email to alpaca’s support over a week ago and haven’t received any useful answers… 😓
