# My deposits for my account keeps cancelling

I am unable to deposit money into my account. I have tried banks from capital one and SVB. Why can’t I deposit money even after the link has finished setup with plaid?

@Ronnie_Green Hmm, not sure what the issue could be. For account specific issues it’s best to work with our support team at support@alpaca.markets. Send them a short email detailing the issue and make sure to include your account number and/or the email associated with your account. They should be able to get the issue resolved.
