# Live Trading Account wiped

I logged into my alpaca account and everything was reset. the paper balance went back to 100k but most importantly i cannot see my live account on my dash board. when switching from paper to live, its asking if i want to set up a live account. i have already done that a while ago and no cannot seem to locate it.

has anyone ran into these issue?.

yes once i reset my paper the account numbers came back, please post a screenshot so we can report it as a bug thanks

also @Dan_Whitnable_Alpaca i just want to confirm this happened to me as well

I also can no longer see my live trading account. Resetting did not fix it.
