I reported something similar also for the date 2023-11-10, here: Missing Data on PLTR
It’s the same problem. The volume is incorrect and the ohlc values are just the close price. Also affects these dates from what I have seen 2023-11-07 and 2023-11-06. See these problems on SPY also.
