# I paid for subscription twice and support didn't help

I wrote about my problem here ([Repeated pay and my Market data subscription doesn't work](https://forum.alpaca.markets/t/repeated-pay-and-my-market-data-subscription-doesnt-work/8388)), I solved the problem with data but can’t return my money. I was talking to people from support but they didn’t help me and now they ignore me.
