Basically my algo started emitting in a sporadic way strange values for prices during testing live for small amounts… Never happened before. Long story short I diagnosed and corrected the issue after about a few such occurences… each time my trading was disabled but reinstated. It was kinda a tough bug as in paper nothing of the like showed up. Finally traced it and was able to correct it but now they told me the “development team” is on my case and doesn’t have an ETA for me being allowed for any live trades. Been almost 2 weeks. No explanation, nothing in the policies and basically no clue.
Anyone else had this experience? I.e their algo started producing a bunch of rejected orders and then the account was indefinitely suspended from trading. Well I assume it is indefinite since customer service is stonewalling me.
