Free Account/Paper Trading IEX/SIP Questions

  1. I have a free account with no subscription to the premium data. Comparison page does not list SIP for Free plan. Do I have access to realtime IEX or 15min delayed IEX?

  2. On the web platform, my Paper Account says “15Min Delayed SIP”. Please clarify if the web platform is actually pulling from 15 min delayed SIP, and not from IEX but mislabeled.

  3. For a Free account via the C# Alpaca Library:
    Environments.Paper.GetAlpacaDataStreamingClient pulls 15min delayed IEX?
    Environments.Live.GetAlpacaDataStreamingClient pulls 15min delayed SIP or nothing?

  4. Does Paper Trade simulate order fills via live market prices or 15min delayed prices?
