# Form W-8BEN incorrect take data from application for individual account -town missing

Form W-8BEN incorrect take data from application for individual account (town missing) when I apply for individual account; I din not yet push “I certify”.  
(I verified, I introduced town correctly from the beginning).  
What could I doing?  
Is it possible to correct the W-8BEN form after I create the individual account? How?
