@Steve_Tao Can you list the decent alternative brokers you mentioned? I am pretty new to this and invested a lot of time learning Alpaca API. I do not wish to make the same mistake again with other brokers.

Forex. com… I definitely don’t recommend them. strangely Robinhood. I
don’t use Robinhood where there’s volatility or slippage possibility
…they’re good for that. But they also have great customer service if you
need something and they let you slip a couple times if you make any
mistakes . They’ll work with you . If I’m gonna accidentally get listed for
daytrading I’ll do it on my Robinhood account and be back in a few months
like what! !? I also use it interactive brokers but I have not made any
commitments with them yet I like that you can put all your orders in and
just chill. That I do like about them.

This is a shame. One question: How do you open and close the position, do you use OTO orders or do it seperately?
I found it today, They mark your account “non- retail” and charge commission per trade. Document on non retail account: Alpaca Support
