# Cant move beyond basic info

I’m trying to set up a live trading account but I can’t get past the basic info page.  
The continue botton does nothing. Please help

@Daisuke_Ishii The first thing to check is if your country of residence is ones of those suported by Alpaca. Check out that list [here](https://alpaca.markets/support/countries-alpaca-is-available). That may be the issue? If however, you are in a supported country, could you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing. That may help debug the issue.
