Hello, I am unable to login as MFA verification code is not coming to my phone. Sent an email to support@alpaca.markets. However, don’t have acknowledgement or ticket number ---

I had to contact support via zen desk and they reset my account. SMS is still not working ---

This issue is fixed for me now, I am getting SMS messages again ---

Email to support takes them 48 hours to acknowledge receipt. Use zendesk help for faster response. Anyway this is disheartening as one cannot access the account for no fault ---

I use the Google Authenticator app and have never had a problem. ---

Yes authenticator may work. However, if you sign up for SMS MFA and it stops working one cannot access the account. Company needs to make it robust or have support which can resolve quickly not is 48 hours or have to dig around to find help. This is disappointing… ---

@Jeff_Wang1 Send an email to support@alpaca.markets requesting to reset your MFA. Resetting and setting up a new MFA should fix the issue. ---

I have the same situation. I lost recovery code and can not access to my account. I requested to reset my MFA for almost a week but no human response. I resubmitted my request again today( request # 353816) and hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible. ---

I am trying to reset my secret password sent the email to support they asked for my account number .. Which I don’t have because I can’t get my 6 digit MFA code .. My support number is 363698 ---
