Hi,
try following this [Why is python setup.py saying invalid command 'bdist\_wheel' on Travis CI? - Stack Overflow](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34819221/why-is-python-setup-py-saying-invalid-command-bdist-wheel-on-travis-ci)
it seems you have missing python packages.
(installing bdist\_wheel)

let me know if that helps
