# Account still pending approval after almost a month

Hi, just wondering how long it will take to be able to use my live account. It has been “pending approval” for almost a month now. I keep getting emails saying there are things that I still need to do to set up the account, but when I click the link, it just brings me to the dashboard where it says that I’m just waiting for approval.
