I made an alpaca account, on September 26th. My account status says active. I made a deposit successfully on September 26th as well. However, since then alpaca has not allowed me to make more deposits into my account. Also when I try to execute a trade manually to test it out, i get a notification that says, “order failed: account is not allowed to make trades”. I have not been requested to send additional documents, and everything is on par with alpacas document request and has already been accepted and verified. Does anyone know why this is happening how to fix this issue? I tried to contact customer support, but they are not responding to my tickets.
