# 403 forbidden while accessing data.alpaca.markets

Getting 403 while accessing api. I just signed up for free account and trying to hit this url with postman  
[https://data.alpaca.markets/v2/stocks/APPL/quotes/latest](https://data.alpaca.markets/v2/stocks/APPL/quotes/latest)  
Do i need to switch for $9 a month or it is actually free to hit the api before reaching limits?

The 403 error implies you supplied an invalid API key and/or API Secret key. Could that be the case? Can you access any of the other endpoints?
